Original artwork - you can't beat it! Until I discovered comic conventions in the 70's my good friend Rick and I spent years cycling round Croydon and beyond tracking down each months' mags. In the days before comic shops and the internet you had to rely on your wits to get your monthly fix. While in London with my Dad visiting the Wardour Street food market and various restaurants, I stepped through
the doorway of Berwick Street's 'Dark they Were and Golden Eyed' and was lost in a world of comics. I learned of comic conventions
and it was at such an event that I first saw a fabulous original of Frank Bellamy Thunderbirds artwork. Original artwork is great,
and only one person can own it, but with quality art prints we can all share it!
