Mazes & Puzzles

I was asked whether I would be interested in drawing puzzles and mazes for an American publishing company. It took me all
of two seconds to email yes, ok more like two minutes - I figured I wasn't quite sure what they wanted me to do, but I can draw so I should be able to manage it. Viewing their examples I felt confident that I could produce some interesting mazes. Coming up with ideas and with the drawing element itself were not a problem, but establishing the maze itself and the successful pathway was a real challenge.
The maze designs are either entirely original pieces of work, or composites of existing images and new pathways and artwork.
I like to think I fulfilled my role as 'Maze Constructor Extraordinaire!'
