Animation

When local scriptwriter Paul Munn's asked me if I would like to produce some concept drawings for an animation proposal he had, I thought what a great opportunity to draw something different. And it was something different - a crew of dodgy gangster magpies' living next to the Imperial War Museum in London's Bedlam Park, planning a big enough silver heist to get them from the UK to Spain before you can say Sexy Beast. I knew what I wanted to do, but had little idea of how to achieve it, so after a few preliminary marker sketches I drew loosely on A2 layout paper and wound up developing those drawing with layers of ink and watercolour to produce the finished article.
